Hello World — Introducing Panduu
We're Panduu, a software studio based in the Netherlands. Here's what we're building and why.
This is the beginning of something we've been thinking about for a while.
Panduu is a software studio. We build our own SaaS products — starting with Revasi — and we selectively partner with businesses to build theirs. We're not an agency. We're builders.
Why a studio?
The agency model trades time for money. You're always looking for the next client, the next project. A studio is different. You build things you own. Products that generate value while you sleep. And when you do take on client work, it's because the problem is interesting — not because you need the revenue to survive.
What's next
Right now, we're focused on three things:
Growing Revasi's clientele — Revasi is live and powering reservations for fine-dining restaurants across Bali. We're actively onboarding new venues and expanding across Southeast Asia.
Implementing Checkly for Locavore NXT — We're rolling out Checkly, our HR and workforce management platform, for Locavore NXT from the Locavore Group. It's a great proving ground — managing attendance, shifts, and payroll across one of Bali's most respected restaurant groups.
Building Medibank — Our clinical decision-support tool for hospital pharmacists is in active development. Dose validation, tapering schedules, insurance lookups — all running client-side with zero patient data stored.
