Medibank is a web-based clinical decision-support platform built exclusively for hospital pharmacists. It provides real-time dose validation for oral suspensions, medication tapering schedule generation, standardized patient communication tools, and Dutch health insurance formulary lookups. Every calculation runs locally in the browser — no patient data is ever stored or transmitted. Designed with WCAG AA accessibility and KNMP-validated therapeutic norms.

Dose Calculator
Real-time dose validation for single and combination compounds. Calculates mg/kg/day dosing with instant SAFE/LOW/HIGH status feedback and visual syringe display.
Tapering Schedule Generator
Creates phased medication reduction schedules with multiple strategies — morning-first, evening-first, equal, or alternating — with tablet breakdown calculations.
Patient Communication
Generates standardized messages for out-of-stock meds, repeat prescriptions, pickup notifications, and more. Multi-language support.
Insurance Coverage Lookup
Searches Dutch health insurance formularies (Zilveren Kruis, CZ Direct) to find preferred alternatives and coverage details.
Privacy by Design
All calculations run client-side in the browser. Zero patient data stored, transmitted, or persisted. Works fully offline.

Full keyboard navigation, ARIA live regions, screen reader support, and proper label associations throughout.
