Revasi is a purpose-built reservation management platform for fine-dining restaurants and hospitality groups. Currently powering venues across Bali — including Locavore and Nusantara — it replaces generic booking tools with a system designed around the realities of high-end hospitality: deposit collection, flexible table management, floorplan-based seating, and deep integration with existing POS systems. Every restaurant runs on its own tenant with custom branding and subdomain.
Fine-dining restaurants rely on fragmented tools — paper books, WhatsApp messages, generic booking widgets — that don't handle deposits, POS integration, or multi-venue management. The result is no-shows, lost revenue, and operational friction.

What it does
Real-time Booking Flow
Guest-facing reservation widget with date/time selection, party size, dietary preferences, and special requests — embeddable via QR code or direct link.
Deposit & Payment Collection
Secure deposit collection via Xendit with 3D Secure support. Configurable deposit amounts per time slot, automatic refund handling, and payment status tracking.
Moka POS Integration
Two-way sync with Moka POS — reservation data flows into the restaurant's existing point-of-sale system for seamless front-of-house operations.
Automated Email Workflows
Confirmation emails, reminders, follow-ups, and cancellation notices — all automated with branded templates via React Email.
Multi-tenant Architecture
Each restaurant operates on its own tenant with Clerk organization management, custom subdomain, and isolated data. Built for hospitality groups managing multiple venues.
Table & Floorplan Management
Visual floorplan editor, table capacity configuration, and smart assignment logic to optimise seating across service periods.
